By accessing this website or engaging Pallet Recycling Guys ("PRG", "we", "us", or "our") for any pallet sale, purchase, pickup, removal, or recycling service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all transactions, whether initiated online, by telephone, by email, or in person at our Surrey yard located at 12255 Industrial Road, Surrey, British Columbia, V3V 3S1.

2. Scope of Services

Pallet Recycling Guys provides the following services in Surrey, BC and the Greater Vancouver Lower Mainland:

• Sale of new and used wooden pallets (standard and custom sizes)
• Sale of new and used plastic pallets
• Heat-treated (ISPM-15 / IPPC-stamped) pallets for export
• Custom pallet, skid, and crate fabrication
• Pallet pickup and removal from customer premises
• Pallet recycling and disposal

Service availability is subject to current stock levels, geographic coverage, and operational capacity. PRG reserves the right to decline or limit any service at its sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on this website are indicative only; final pricing is confirmed at the time of order or pickup.

Payment is due at the time of pickup or delivery unless a credit account has been established in writing with PRG. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of sale.

Minimum order quantities may apply for certain services, including free pallet pickup (minimum 100 pallets, 40×48 size, as specified on the relevant service page). PRG reserves the right to charge a service fee for pickups that do not meet minimum requirements.

Quoted prices do not include applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes will be added to your invoice as required by law.

4. Customer Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding pallet quantities, sizes, and condition when requesting a quote or pickup
• Ensure pallets are accessible and safely staged for pickup at the agreed time
• Not misrepresent the condition, quantity, or type of pallets being sold or transferred to PRG
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale, transfer, and disposal of pallets and packaging materials
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

PRG reserves the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or charge additional fees if pallets do not match the description provided at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pallet Recycling Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or this website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to PRG for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

PRG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of pallets for any particular purpose. Customers are responsible for inspecting pallets prior to use and for determining suitability for their intended application.

PRG is not responsible for damage to property or injury arising from the improper handling, stacking, or use of pallets after they leave our premises or are delivered to your location.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Pallet Recycling Guys or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution
